Items over $99 ship for Free via UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority to destinations inside the continental 48 united states.

AK / HI orders have an additional shipping fee of $45

A direct signature is required for delivery on any orders over $99.

It is the customer's responsibility to ship any units needing warranty service to the MechMan repair facility. Please contact MechMan for an RGA number before shipping the unit.

Costs associated with repairing damage caused by return shipping will be required to be paid for by the customer.

MechMan will cover return shipping costs to ship alternators repaired under warranty to any customer inside the continental 48 unit states.

Customers outside of the continental 48 united states will be liable for return shipping costs for alternators repaired under warranty.
Return Policy
MechMan alternators are built to order, and are non-refundable. New and unused Mechman alternators in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase on an exchange basis only. Please contact us to start the return process.
