Shipping Policy

  • Items over $99 ship for FreeΒ  via UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority to destinations inside the continental 48 united states.Β 

  • AK / HI 18lb Alternators orders have an additional shipping fee of $99

  • A direct signature is required for delivery on any orders over $99.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship any units needing warranty service to the MechMan repair facility.Β  Please contact MechMan for an RGA number before shipping the unit.

  • Costs associated with repairing damage caused by return shipping will be required to be paid for by the customer.

  • MechMan will cover return shipping costs to ship alternators repaired under warranty to any customer inside the continental 48 unit states.

  • Customers outside of the continental 48 united states will be liable for return shipping costs for alternators repaired under warranty. Β 

Return Policy

MechMan alternators are built to order, and are non-refundable. New and unused Mechman alternators in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase on an exchange basis only. There is a restocking fee of $49.99 for returned items.Β  Items returned outside of this 30 day window are subject to our approval, 20% restocking fee upon approval. Please contact us to start the return process.
